As the summer holiday period ends, and we enter what I think of a the “Autumn Sprint” it’s essential to focus attention to the critical objectives that need to be accomplished.
Typically, Technology Leaders will have multiple key areas of focus to ensure a successful and productive season:
1. Delivering on 2024 Commitments
As we enter the final stretch of 2024, it’s crucial to revisit and reaffirm our commitments made earlier in the year.
